Can you stay at a villa with children or pets?

Updated: 08.10.2026

Short answer: yes, if the owner of the villa you choose allows it. Balila will confirm the rules before booking.

If you are travelling with a child

Tell us your child's age and the number of guests. We can check whether the villa layout suits your family and confirm details such as stairs, pool barriers, or a cot if you need one. Do not assume these facilities are available until they have been confirmed for the specific property.

If you are travelling with a pet

Let us know the animal, its size, and how many pets you plan to bring. Each owner sets the rules: pets may be allowed, restricted, or not accepted. Before confirming, we will check any applicable conditions, including extra cleaning or a deposit if required.

What to tell Balila

Balila will check with the owner and get back to you about the villa you are considering. Please do not treat a child's or pet's stay as confirmed until it has been explicitly agreed.
