Daily housekeeping - a housekeeper comes each morning: linen and towel change every 3-4 days, wet cleaning, trash removal. Deep cleaning weekly or on guest turnover.
Villa staff - typically includes a housekeeper (cleaning, laundry), gardener (lawn, plants, pool), and security (overnight, sometimes daytime). Larger villas may have a chef, nanny, or driver - arranged separately.
Water - municipal or well supply, included in the rent. No practical usage limits.
Internet - fiber or stable 4G/5G router included. Speed supports remote work, video calls, streaming.
What's Billed Separately
Electricity - metered at the PLN (state) rate or the complex's blended tariff. Typically 1,500–3,500 IDR per kWh depending on location. The invoice shows meter readings at check-in and check-out.
Transfers - airport pickup, drop-off, scooter or car with driver - all are add-on services.
Meals - breakfast, dinner, catering, private chef - ordered separately. Most villas have fully equipped kitchens for self-catering.
