This is where we collect reviews from Balila clients: what they remember about the villa, how the stay went, and how it was to work with us from the first message to check-in.

The rules of this section

We publish only genuine reviews: the words of real clients who rented a villa through us, and only with their consent. We do not write reviews on behalf of clients, we do not create "users", and we do not inflate ratings: for a real estate agency that is both dishonest and against advertising law. So there is no review here that the client did not agree to publish.

We sign with the name the client allowed: full name, first name and the initial of the surname, or no name at all. If you are a Balila client and want to add a review, or ask us to remove something, write to us on Telegram or WhatsApp.

How a review gets here

After check-out we send the client a short message and ask directly: were you happy, what do you remember most, and may we publish your review with your name. Once we have consent, the review appears on this page and in the listing of the villa it is about. The section fills up as clients agree, and we are in no hurry: better empty than invented.
